Off To The Tin Palace

August 5, 2011 @ 19:07

It was a great week.

I was back in the big smoke livin' full time with my darlin' again, and as I write this Delyse is busy getting our shit together to head up to the tin palace, for a nice relaxing weekend.

I know what you're thinkin'... relaxing? Where's does an unemployed guy get off talkin' about relaxing?

Hey, everything is relative to your situation and right now my situation calls for a couple of days at the tin palace with some great food and great friends. I'll be back on Sunday night ready to give er' on Monday.

And I also promise this. One of the more popular features of CanadianThinker.com has been my postings about "The Trailer."

I've been a little lax that way again this summer even though some over the top whacky shit has happened, including a hail storm that dropped hail stones literally the size of golf balls.

And I mean it. Everybody also uses the golf ball term but these were literally the size of golf balls.

There's a been a raccoon that keeps comin' back every night, and he's such a prick we've named him "Mr. Bold". He thinks he's owns the fuckin' place.

But that's enough for now. I'll bounce back on Monday with a recap of the trailer season so far, including what happened this weekend.

It will include a bottle of Bell's scotch so I'm hoping there's a happy ending... but you never know.

nice, the raccoon is kinda like the possum that keeps showing up in our yard we call him Pokey. Slow as hell, I keep thinking Ill send my beagle out the back door to take him out but it wouldnt even be a challenge.

Let us know the Bocce ball tournament results.
Just spent 7 days up in Bancroft at my sisters cottage building a deck and a staircase, other than 1 day of rain weather was unbelievable. Enjoy the tin palace and maybe buy the hotel across the street and turn it into a hang out for the H and F fans LOL.

Sounds like the tin palace is a perfect getaway. Enjoy the surroundings...and the bottle of scotch.

Woods ex caddie slams his former boss. Getting fired was a reward for not ratting him out for screwing all females who walked. Plus the caddie probably got some Aviary sloppy 2nds.

can any post on a personal blog (with disclaimer that it is his personal view) be used by any brand for filing a case against an individual for 'brand tarnishing' etc?.

I like Facebook, but I hate that their notes section isn't as appealing as MySpace's blogs. I've recently transferred a blog from MySpace to Facebook using the "share" icon located beneath each blog.. . However, I do not like the way it appears on my Facebook page. Are there any better ways to import my blogs?.

Can I use Joomla to update a purely HTML coded website (I mean a website that is not designed using Joomla) ?
