Just a little story. I was having trouble with my Bell express-vu satellite dish and called for help in July and was told to clean the snow off of my dish. I was enraged and as a result changed to cable.... Patricia Collins

Hahahah! Hilarious! Call Centres suck almost as bad as automated answering systems. "I just want to speak to a living breathing person damnit!"...

The thing I hate the most about having to deal with call centres is when you get Apu Nahasapeemapetilon on the line, who doesn't understand any english, and you have to try to tell him why you're calling or what you need. That's really frustrating.

Bell and many other companies are starting to reverse the trend of using offshore call centres due to negetive customer feedback, so be sure to bitch and complain everytime you have a bad experience. They go offshore to save money but it is not worth it if it comes at the expense of pissed off customers or lost business.
