As I guy over 50 it was highly recommended I have one, so I thought what the hell, let's do it. Call me crazy, but I'm sorta looking forward to it. It's one of those things that I'd rather know what's going on up there, so if it means having a cable with a camera rammed up my ars, so be it. I can put up with a little discomfort if it means knowing my colon is clean. Why would anyone name their kid Colon? Anyway, click here if you want to know what a fella has to go through before he has a colonoscopy, and if you don't mind, you can spare me all the jokes about being "put out" and then letting people I don't know have their way with my poop shoot. It's got to be done, and you don't have to look any further than Pat Burns to know why. Early detection is the key my friends, and putting something like this off can end up being a lot worse that having what amounts to a plumbers snake with an camera on the end of it violate your body. It's all part of being a middle aged wank. Category: Stuff
