I'm not a big Harper fan but also not against. I think in a minority gov't he's done more than Chretien in 12 years majority.

Let's see; Jean Chretien's "legacy" is: Ad-scam, ("The Libranos," passing cash-stuffed envelopes of money under the table at high-end restaurants); and almost losing the 1995 referendum to the separatist traitors/bloc-heads in Quebec.

He stiffed the Provinces and balanced some books.
Stiffed the gov't workers.
Beat up some poor smuck with his 6ft 4in body guards at his side.
Cost us a fortune in an election we didn't need to beat Stockwell Day.
