E-Mail - Ian Shalapata

Freddie,

A Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours.
I just wanted to forward a link to an opinion piece from the Windsor Star by Karen Hall. It starts off innocuous enough, but at the last stage supports violence against men. In light of your recent post I thought you may want to have a look at it.

Many regards,
Ian

Why is everyone assuming Tiger was a "dedicated family Man"? Apart from a few pics of he and the kids had he ever done anything to earn that designation?...by all accounts his personal life was closed to all

I would love to see the reaction if a man wrote an article about women. Fred....I agree with you on this topic. In fact, I have stopped buying any products that use men as punching bags.

I'll keep it short - Great blog, interesting point, but I'd like to hear more about your background and how you came to your views. I work in the medical field myself and am studying antibiotics infection case such as that site's info. Interesting stuff.

Hi, I love the content in this website, and the products that are mentioned, but I have a question to you: I'm 90% sure I have carpal tunnel. Can I still lift weights? My hands have been bothering me for about 6 mos. and just recently one started swelling between my thumb and index and it often becomes numb at night. I've been wearing a brace to keep it stable while I'm sleeping and have been doing carpal tunnel exercises/stretches. I cannot get the swelling to go down, but it's starting to feel better. I have taken two weeks off from lifting weights but do not want to take any more time off. Is it possible for me to continue lifting weights as long as I continue with my stretches and wear my brace at night? What about a simple workout (push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups) just to maintain? I do not want to make things worse as it will just prolong my health.

Hi, my carpal tunnel is becoming unberable I know surgery is a option but I would like to avoid it if possible. I heard there are exercises that can help does anyone know what sort of exercises they are? Also does wrist spliting at night help? I heard it can worsen the problem because of the lack of blood flow. Also is icing it a good idea?
