That is the housing complex I grew up in...

I hate to break it to people...but the elevators rarely worked when I lived there in the 80's and into the 90's. It doesnt matter who is in charge of the country/province/city...
Ontario Housing has ALWAYS been crappy...

And if I could find it...I would post a story that a young Ben Chin did on my building 10 Boultbee(the "sister building to 80 Blake - the one in the article) in the 80's for City Pulse news and the same situation.
