Psalm 2009 -- FIRST BOOK OF GOVERNMENT

December 2, 2009 @ 08:35

McGuinty is the shepherd I did not want

He leadeth me beside the still factories.

He restoreth my faith in the Conservative party..

He guideth me in the path of unemployment for his party's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the bread line,

I shall fear no hunger, for his bailouts are with me.

He has anointed my income with taxes, ..,.,,HST being the latest

My expenses runneth over.

Surely, poverty and hard living will follow me all the days of my life,

And I will live in a mortgaged home forever.

I am glad I am Canadian

I am glad that I am free.

But I wish I was a dog ...

And McGuinty was a tree.

Amen.

Quick Question for Fred and the regulars here: Given the consensus opinion that McGuinty is a despicable little twerp and Harper is the Rational Man, how do you all reconcile the fact that the federal Conservatives are in favour of the harmonization of the HST? Or to put it another way, why are you crapping all over McGuinty but not Harper?

Pot calling the kettle black Anon or the forest for the trees. Fred and his band are similar to religous zealots where they can't be confronted by any form of truth and admit they or their hero are wrong.

The Cons do not escape blame here. However, they are simply telling a provincial govt that continuously pleads poverty to find other ways to supplement their income. The HST is one of those ways.

The question I have is, why don't the Cons tell Quebec to take a flying f*** when they come hat in hand???

Hey Fred: If the conservatives were in power in Ontario would you be so vociferous against the HST? Yeah I know the HST sucks but as someone else said, your blow boy Harper is all for it. You know Fred; you can't suck and blow at the same time. After all Harper can make an economic statement on an airplane to China.[Where our jobs are going] If that isn't bull shit ,I don't know what is.
