Leafs / Habs Watch

December 4, 2009 @ 09:02

Leafs 6 Columbus 3
Buffalo 6 Habs 4

Leafs have won four of their last five, and have lost only five of their last 19 games in regulation time.

Habs have lost four in a row.

Any Hab fan will tell you the Leafs are a horrifically bad team, but just for the record, the Leafs now trail Montreal by just three points with a game in hand.

Now, let's go back to a declaration I made last spring.

From CanadianThinker.com - April 23, 2009

"I guarantee for at least the next five years the Toronto Maple Leafs will finish ahead of the Montreal Canadiens in the standings. Do you hear me? Do you comprehend Hab fans, the next five years."

The Molson Family taking over was very fitting. Shitty beer owns shitty team. Oh, yeah and just for the record, The Habs are really shitty.

There. 3 shitty's in one post. 4 if you count the last one.

Have to admit, the Leafs vs Montreal, one team was really trying.

Freddie, I love ya' but you are a typical Leafs fan. The only time you bring up the Habs\Leafs thing is when the Leafs are in one of their brief positive periods.

Go Habs go!

Although I completely understand your frustration Fred because your team is in complete disarray, that will not happen. Mtl will get their shit together. Regardless, this will be what? Year 6 you haven't made the playoffs?

What, not one reference to the number of cups Montreal has won to defend how shitty a team they are? Then again we have yet to hear from Mike from Lowville!!

You are spot on again Freddie P..if it wasn't for Miller standing on his head, we are on a 5 game winning streak..I pity the Bruins, who will feel the full force of Kessels return..I'll take Jonas's wonky heart over shitty Montreal and no heart..

I've gotta say Freddie that tonight's 100th anniversary celebration just doesn't hit the emotional highs of the Tie Domi 1000th game celebration of 2007.

Or the recent "salute to the kids who were fingered for Rush tickets at the Gardens" night which I thought was a little over the top.

Saying that, the Habs truly suck this year and they will not make the playoffs.

Freddie, it was 6-2 Buffalo, your giving the Montreal offense too much credit there.

Can you diehard Leaf fans really say you're not embarrassed watching the players the Habs can trot out when they have a celebration? They're pulling out Patrick Roy while you have Alan Bester and Ken Wregget. No wonder you're all so bitter and hateful.

Leagues most rich franchise, they're almost in last place.

Clearly, only true moron's would associate with this team.
