While all the other hangers on Like Luby are trying to put some distance between them and Miller, Bussin goes in head first to support him. RB was sure making hay on this today.
Not a lot of class for the speaker of council to be showing.

There is a "no incumbent" movement gathering steam. Let's get rid of Bussin, Vaughan and all the other hangers on at City Council in the next election. We need to start afresh....

She was right about Tory though.....LOSER! Three in a row!

I'm in Bussin's ward and many I know...myself included...hope that we can vote her out. Recently she got the city to agree for money to defend her libel suit, and now this. And there's a lot from the past too that has left us unimpressed.
She's tied her trailer too closely to Miller and she probably didn't expect him to stand down. Now she's panicking...or so it would seem.

Can't wait to clear house in '10.

The lefties on council are worried that they will be pushed off the gravy train after the next election. They are already showing their desperation.

Hopefully, the electorate can borrow Miller's 'broom' (the prop he used when he was first elected) to clean out all the dead wood, regardless of political leanings.

City council right now functions about as well as a Kindergarten class. We need better.

As an east ender-not a BEACH BUM tho, I found Bussin was always a class act.
What popped in her? Calls a guy a loser on city time, hinds behind a radio call and says she's not a city employee.
Melt down city!!!! You Beach yuppies should turf her in 56 weeks. Looks like the loser is......SB

That was totally disgusting on Sandra Bussin's part.
What an embassarrment to city employees which she is.

If she ain't a city employee where does the money come from to finance these underachievers...fairy land?

Mike, Glad to see you're in good company when it comes to voicing your opinion. You on the Toronto City payroll too?

Rick C in Oakville

Jake, you said what I was thinking, if the city signs your paycheque, you must be a city employee. No wonder nothing gets done in city hall, their all looking for deflective wording so no decisions or admissions of doing somethoing stick to them

So not really on the same topic as your post, but I found this today and I just can't resist sharing. Mrs. Agathe’s dishwasher quit working so she called a repairman. Since she had to go to work the next day, she told him, “I’ll leave the key under the mat. Fix the dishwasher, leave the bill on the counter, and I’ll mail you the check. Oh, and by the way…don’t worry about my Doberman. He won’t bother you. But, whatever you do, do NOT under ANY circumstances talk to my parrot!” When the repairman arrived at Mrs. Agathe’s apartment the next day, he discovered the biggest and meanest looking Doberman he had ever seen. But just as she had said, the dog simply laid there on the carpet, watching the repairman go about his business. However, the whole time the parrot drove him nuts with his incessant cursing, yelling and name-calling. Finally the repairman couldn’t contain himself any longer and yelled, “Shut up, you stupid ugly bird!” To which the parrot replied, “Get him, Spike!”

I'll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)

This was a great article... I have voted YES on 19, this is much needed. The war on drugs and the prohibition of alcohol is and has failed, we need to put drug addicts in hospitols not jails. We all know Marijuana is safe, we also need dearly the hemp industry. Why make it illegal, this is REAL CHANGE.

I am so happy that this proposition is on the ballot. It shows we are moving forward and ready for change. We should never let government tell us what is right or wrong, we as a people need to vote get prop 19 passed!

Stumbled across your post while searching through yahoo. I read the beginning and its fantastic! I don't have time to finish it now, but I have bookmarked this site and will read the rest later. I also love the theme, where did you get it? : )

I am not much of a guy who thinks in so deeply about web design but I think your post had some valid points in it. Like designers are forced to design stuff within the limited code available and not go beyond it, their innovation is somewhat limited but still I think Web Design won't die! I agree that Amazon and other some big sites won't have a blog but now a days it's very important to have some sort of option available so people can quickly communicate their thoughts. I think Amazon if wants to shift it to that, they can get a customized CMS for themselves.

Did you all notice how well written this post is? I mean, it is clear that the writer wants to inform us rather then persuade, which is a big plus. I can definitely notice that behind each line there lies some tough research. I would also suggest that with each posting, you also address one question to your readers, in order to get more opinions, and to create room for some nice discussions on here!

I don't know what Ciara has been doing the past 6 months! It's already been a long while since she dropped her great single Ride, with that exciting music video. Ludacris seems to get his releases on time, so where has Ciara been? I can't wait for Ciara's next album, Basic Instinct, to drop. It is killing me!
