I can just see how his practice will pan out - representing the refugee claims of terrorist/third world scum who lie their way into the country and then use every loophole to stay. I see the problem..
In two separate reviews, adjudicators declared him a threat. One noted an “almost total lack of credibility and trustworthiness” and “a continuing ability and willingness to engage in unlawful behaviour.”

When I saw this story and Ruby Dahla's private members bill to extend Old Age Security to new arrivals, I can't help but think that Canada is doomed. Everyone wants to suck the Canadian teet, but no one wants to earn it. The worm is turning and The Star and the Liberals are enablers of this social engineering with strong minority groups pulling the systems strings to the extreme.
Harpers got to jump on this one, just put him on a plane and be done with him, he has sucked enough on the Canadian system through University education and now our tribunals.
We are doomed.

Mikey, it's the Stars pandering to the minority ethnic market. Seems to be a trend of articles, from the poor new immigrant mom who came here and gave birth and had to shell out $5000 because she hadn't met the 3 months OHIP waiting period, her baby now has the Gold Visa card of Canadian Citizen ship or Ruby Dahla's proposal of old age security for new arrival seniors or the above mentioned story.

Case in point - the other shoe has finally dropped in the Suuad Mohamed identity case. Seems she couldn't answer basic questions about Canada, the city she lives in, where she works or the names of her teachers at Sheridan college. The Star knew this all along, they just chose not to publish it...
