It's kind of sad to see as a venerable team as the Habs sink to such lows. Just like watching the Leafs flounder these past decades. The only difference is that Leafs fans continue to support Canada's Team while, if the Habs continue to tank, the Canadiens will beon Bettman's short list to move the team to Colfax, New Mexico.

Curious how when your team isn't doing well all fans can do is poop other more successful teams. Also when you are a better team not very nice to kick another teams when there down. But this is all about showing our feathers and pride so it doesn't need to make any sense. We're all here for a bit of fun.

It's obvious this team does not play well with Price in nets. When Halak comes back from the flu tomorrow, they'll be winning again. Mind you, I know a bad odour when I smell one, and you're right, this team ain't winning the CUP with one man.

Habs are currently in 6th place with 75 points Carolina is in 7th with 75 points but have played 2 more games than the Canadiens. Panthers jumped into 5th last night with 76 points.
If the Habs lose their game later today against Dallas and if Rangers and Penguins win their games Montreal could fall to 8th. Makes for an interesting end of the season but not a position a team wants to be in.
Don't think I have this much interest in the Canadiens since Ken Dryden came aboard in 71 and his card was the most coveted amongst 8 year olds in my school playground.

Man they looked brutal for the first 30 mins. Price looked pretty good for a change. How many f'in penalties can a team keep taking. Very undisciplined. More importantly, Fred has to put his HABS watch on hold for at least a few more nights.
