As the incompetent Dalton McGuinty charges full steam ahead, the Prime Minister displays caution before signing on for something as useless as the Pan American games.
McGuinty can't run a province, so how can we expect him to pull this off.
The Prime Minister should be applauded.

This has something to do with the security costs associated with the 2010 Olympics. The security costs mysteriously vanished from the original 2010 Committee budget. When the feds put out their new numbers for the military a month ago, “event” costs were in the budget - hence the overspending on the Olympics are now covered up. I think this little carpet sweep can only be done once.
