Good old Ontario where a Queer can get a sex change paid for by OHIP, but a poor senior citizen has to pay $75.00 for a 24Hr blood presure test

And welfare slackers... if some JOBS require drug tests... people should have to have a drug test before collecting a pogey check... to ensure they're not just sitting on their asses, blowing dope!
