I wish the police hadn't been so quick to taser the guy when he finally turned the knives on himself.
Geez, let a guy who just killed two people kill himself so he can take the express lane to hell......
.....or.....rush to use a taser on him so we can watch a taxpayer funded trial drag out...some guy claim insanity..end up in a physc prison for a few years only to possibly get paroled some day and kill again.

Next time be just a bit less of a quick draw on the taser buddy.

Depressing little video out of Vancouver. A victim of an attempted murder (her husband deliberately smashed their car into a light standard) tells police that the husband has made threats to kill her and members of her family, and that she expects it to happen regardless of what the police do to stop him. Month and a half later, police carry five bodies out of the house, 4 victims, 1 suicide.
Sad thing is that the way the justice system is set up, the police were powerless to stop it.

The Brampton murders - violent offender out on bail kills two innocent victims.

They felon who stabbed the mother and father was luck that the cop ued his taser, the EMS crew kept him stable, ER doctors and nurses saved his as the system worked for him.

System seems to be letting down the 2 kids of the murdered parents. Looks like they'll loe thier home and the daughter may need to drop out of Humber due to lack funds. Where is the system to help the victims.

We cannot have any faith in our justice system. And it does not matter which party is in power, althought the Conservatives do marginally more to toughen up the Criminal Code.
We need much tougher laws, and laws with teeth and the will to enforce them.
This country is full of people who lean to the left without really thinking, and their misguided sense of fair play results in serious criminals, perverts and sociopaths to run our streets with impunity.
