Hey Freddie, how about starting a thread on CT.com about the Brenda Mardin case or let us know how to start a thread?
It may not be a huge number for them but there is obviously some controversy and subsequent discussion (565 posts) about her release on the Sun's website.
For me this was a logical choice by the government. For some it is a bone of contention. The emotions it raises needs a place to vent, as does any other controversial subject.
Establishing CT.com as a place to hold these discussions/venting would go a long way to increasing participation IMO.

Please, nobody gets censored for disagreeing. The last thing we'd do is kill a comment because we didn't agree with what was written.
The only time comments are deleted is when they cross the line on a personal level.

Maybe I am misunderstanding the purpose of the CanadianThinker site but I thought the entry titled "The Drought Is Over" belongs more on this site than that one. My impression was that this site is kind of like your radio show was - the farting, burping and looking at girl's tits is fun, pass me another Molson's, kind of thing and that CanadianThinker was going to be a bit more cerebral. Talking about Playboy magazine's choice for their monthly bunny, first Canadian in 26 years not withstanding, is not cerebral. It involves thinking with another brain, the one below the waist. So maybe my perception of the CanadianThinker website's mandate is all wrong. But the topic seemed inappropriate. I'm just sayin' Freddie.

Mel Gibson was playing the field. He wasn't married, engaged, or even cohabitating along with her so that was not a problem. They know they are certainly not going to find a single thing. Just hoping to find an additional bottom feeder like Oks. Goal is to smear his name once again. Leave out the Russian mafia, this is really a mafia of a different flavor backing up Oksana.
