No way should he receive any special treatment. This is why people seem to think they can get away with this type of behaviour. Bottom line here: He was impaired and he killed someone. He's in the public eye and although many may not recognize him, it's not the point. When are those in the public eye going to acknowledge that people do look at their behaviour and this is not the example we need to be set? It's 2007, we know impaired driving kills, injures and devastates lives. One's status as a celebrity or public figure should not allow one to be immune from proper punishment, or the law as it applies to everyone.

Ramage did not plead quilty he fought the charge... he tried to lessen his involvement through a expensive lawyer.
What if he had convinced the judge of his non responsiblity... what a joke.
Famous or not no one is above the law..except Brian Mulroney.
He is quily and he will recieve the punisment that is due to ALL peoples that break the law (At least I hope so)

It's another Labor Day and looks like it will be a record weekend for DUI offenses in Arizona. Even though Arizona DUI laws are some of the toughest in the nation it still isn't preventing drunks from getting behind the wheel.
