I can only imagine what will happen if and when Congress actually goes after wrestling on the steriods issue. It's obviously in every sport, but none more than in the "sport" of wrestling.

So now the onus is on the accused to prove their innocence? The Mitchell Report is not a legal document. Clemons, or any other player named in it is not obligated to respond to it at all - there's going to be no criminal investigation here. Nevertheless, the damage has been done. How is admitting he used steroids going to help him? Will that magically erase the asterisk many people are going to place beside his name when they look back on his career? His accomplishments will always be disputed now, but there are always supporters who will back him (look at OJ!). By saying he never touched steroids, Clemons is solidifying his support base. May not be honest, but it's not going to harm him.

Who cares if he lied. Congress lies to all of us all the time and get away with it. I'm not saying it's okay to lie, but if Congress isn't held to the same standard then what's the point......:-)

First, Pettie is a "rat" who will take down anyone in the name of religion. Hopefully, Clemens will have a trial before his peers which means the jury will be composed of major league ball players including those who took drugs and those who did not. This will result in a hung jury. MLB and many players should be concern about Clemens taking his case to trial as MLB and some players are going to be "burned" badly. Hopefully this is the last year I have to listen to Pettie and his Texas "tange".....:-)

I'll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)

This is definitely a blog that people need to get behind. The problem is, no one wants to do a great deal of reading and not have something else to stimulate the mind.
