I played the living shit out of Double Fantasy. Or should I say I played the shit out of half of Double Fantasy. It was Lennon's comeback album but every other track was the screeching of Yoko.

I remember being so pissed off. The Lennon tracks were fabulous, every one of them, but if you played the vinyl which was still the preferred method back then, you had to sit through a Yoko to get to a John.

I had just purchased a new stereo and it came with a top of the line cassette player, so I bought an expensive metal cassette tape and created my own version of Double Fantasy.
