I was 13 in Grade 8 at Chinguacousy Secondary School in Bramalea and the game was on during an extended Math class. One of the girl's in our class, Chris Shouldice brought a portable 5 inch TV without permission into class and begged our Math teacher to watch it relentlessly and he gave in. We could barely see it but I will never forget it. I always also remember that we had one girl in our class who had recently arrived at the time from Germany and put her support behind Russia. She wasn't very popular that day, that's for sure!

Buddy boy, I remember like it was yesterday. Grade 6 and the teacher brought in a black and white tv to watch the game. Man, I miss being a kid again. F&&&%$%#@! this adult S%$%^##@!!!! I used to see Paul Henderson at Bobby"s in Mississauga having a little breakfast with the fire boys. Still a solid guy.
