Personally I'm with Elections Canada on this one, but why stop at the face; I believe women should strip down completely so we can be well assured that they are who they say they are. With all this plastic surgery, we should be able to look for distinguishing marks anywhere we see fit.
I also believe that all men should shave off any beards or mustaches too, we can never be too careful.
