I dont know why, and I dont want to, but I actually find this guy a bit likable. For some reason even knowing the long list of horrible accomplishments, his smile and sense of humour (while inappropriate) makes him a bit charismatic. Too bad he has chosen the wrong path in life.

Maybe we're going at this all the wrong way. Perhaps we should give the gangbangers rifles with scopes so they don't miss their "intended targets". That way "stars" like Ricky Steele wouldn't be smugly smiling for the cameras, they'd be taking the dirt nap and providing an excellent food source for the worms. Or maybe we should provide places for gangbangers to meet and fight with each other in a closed environment. Kind of like a Red Light district. It could be an attraction in the city, sort of like that movie The Running Man. People could bet on the outcome too. The government might actually make some tax money off of it.
