Oh boy Irvine, sounds like a lovely place to visit, let alone live!!! Lot of homeless people. Guess if you not a big ass oil tycoon you can't afford to live there. No thanks, I'll just stay in Beautiful Downtown Lowville, where everybody has a home and you can safely walk ANYWHERE! Fred, when our kids go anywhere, they will always need the "talk" and hopefully they do the "walk".

I spent a week in Calgary about 10 years ago when I was visiting my kid who was living/working at Chateau Lake Louise. I loved Calgary. I'd move there in a minute if I could. It's probably changed a lot since I was there but I bet the attitude of the people hasn't. They were great too. (sorry for being nice. I know how much you hate it. I'll beat up on you about something else you post, but I can't do it when it comes to Calgary!)

Wait until tomorrow when Toronto City Council starts passing the first of many new taxes it intends to foist onto its hapless citizens. I was born and raised in Toronto but it's not the great City it once was. So glad I moved away. So sorry I still have to work there. It's like watching a loved one die slowly and painfully. Lindsay Lohan is not really going to any place that should stop her from her acting, so once again, I call Bull crap on this major in depth inpatient rehab junk.
