Over Before It Began

Talk about a bloody nightmare. The Toronto Blue Jays were supposed to be battling the Red Sox and Yankees this year for top spot in the American League East.

But here we are barely into the second month of the season and the Blue Jays are done.

That may sound a little dramatic, but they are. They're finished.

Right now they trail the Red Sox my nine and a half games. Look me in the face and tell me the Jays can make that up.

And forget about the wild-card, the Jays will finish closer to the division lead in the east, than they will the wild card. Take my word for it.

What a train wreck.

Not to mention the shitty news that BJ Ryan is done for the year. I had my hopes up. Where the hell is the friggin offense they were supposed to have with Frank Thomas in the middle of the batting order?
