If this was some one who didn't have money and couldn't afford a big ass lawyer
They would be spending time in jail
They introduce laws to combat this type of behavior
And as usual some head up his ass judge decides that there crime. Even thought they killed a an innocent man was not worth a jail term
But had they pulled out a gun and shot him they would be looking at least Manslaughter and you would have Howard moscoe going on about cab driver safety and you would have David Miller calling for a ban on hand guns but because it was done by a car that seems to make a difference
The judicial system in this country is almost as bad as the immigration policies in this country Ironically if they were to clean up one of the 2 systems you would fix both

I must admit that this is a total mockery of the justice system and an insult to us all. But hey, we all chuckled at the American system when O.J. got off, so even if, as Jim has stated, they did pull out a gun and shoot him the outcome I feel would not be all that different. I guess it is our nations turn to look the fools.

I take that stretch of Mt. Pleasant to and from work every day...got a ticket last year for doing 15 over. I can't imagine what doing 80 over would be like on those tight curves. I'd love to do it but I know that somebody could die. So there's the mens rea...the intention and knowledge in law.
These rich little pricks, one of whom kept driving and walked back to make it seem he wasn't driving, had some great lawyers who even put the blame on the cabbie turning left. And curses to peckerheaded parents who gladly toss the Benz or RS Audi keys to their spoiled spawn. I hope the lawsuit settles the score here.

There's no doubt having a high priced lawyer helped these punks but the real reason they got off lightly is because of our lenient judicial system. Whether you're rich or poor, black or white, judges in this country go way too easy on criminals. Hopefully the cabi's widow sues these punks' parents for a few million. As we all know, money talks!!
And for those knobs who want to throw race into this, it doesn't matter the cabi was East Indian. One of the punks was black.

What??? These two punks live on the Bridal Path? Their parents should have been charged with criminal negligence for putting those cars into the hands of their sons. This is what happens when kids are given high-priced toys instead of their parents' attention. No doubt their influential parents will get them time off for "good behaviour". brand-new heard of the new Kinect? Its really awesome! I never had much fun playing gaming system before, eventhough I could call myself the hardcore player this usually plays mmorpgs like Call of Duty and stuff like that. The Kinect is definitely so different than everything else I have ever played before. the motion controles work really well, and in addition to that, but not being forced to use a controller to learn is the personification of freedom! No troublesome button smashing any more, a single word will do! You should think about getting any Kinect!grab your xbox 360 now
