I guess the thing that baffles me about everything that you wrote is this , If he has pleaded guilty to all of these charges why is he being escorted out of the court house by his mother and not by the cops
That right there tells me how poor our legal system works
I just hope they don't kill him until after he testifies

The guy is in custody until June. Hopefully, he gets his while in jail before getting out. His mother thinks his kid is a victim ??? The only victims are Jane Creba and family. The gang members should be locked up. Once released, immigration should be involved (where appropriate) and then send them all packing out of this country. But, this is Canada ... we'll make sure they are all setup with housing and welfare, and they can get on with their lives.

The courts have to be tougher on these dirtbags. Toronto needs a mayor like Rudy Guilliani was for New York. He instituted the ‘3 strikes and you're out' law. Third time offenders were put away for life. The province needs to abolish the Young Offenders Act. I believe the politically-correct left have changed the name of that awful act to something else. And finally the federal govt needs to institute tougher immigration laws along with the muscle and resources to enforce it.

Why do they give this scumbag's mother an audience? Yesterday on Global I noticed how anxiously the reporters sought her opinion. Why doesn't the press ignore her and let her wallow in her own twisted version of morality.
And as for her vile, low-life son, he should have a year tacked on to his sentence for swearing at, threatening and insulting a Judge.
And one more thing, Global quoted this guy as referring to Creba as a "f*****g white woman". One more reason why this guy should stay in prison.

What riles me is that he blames Jane Creba for the situation he now faces - that of possible annihilation by his rivals if he testifies. Maybe he should have thought of that before he came to this country with his shady mother to make good as a drug dealer.
The mother is a real piece of work - she could be a writer at one of those ethnic newspapers Fred enjoys at the donut shop...

Why is no one interested in the fact that Valarie Steele still hasnot been fired let alone facing charges for her indiscretions as an adjudicator with Ontario Housing.
