You cite the study of peer-reviewed papers that was conducted by Naomi Oreskes. Her study essentially boiled down to a keyword search of the abstracts of the articles, with no analysis of the actual articles.
Dr. Benny Peiser replicated the study, and got vastly different results. His results are:
1)Of all 1117 abstracts, only 13 (or 1%) explicitly endorse the 'consensus view'.
2)322 abstracts (or 29%) implicitly accept the 'consensus view' but mainly focus on impact assessments of envisaged global climate change.
3)Less than 10% of the abstracts (89) focus on "mitigation".
4)67 abstracts mainly focus on methodological questions.
5)87 abstracts deal exclusively with paleo-climatological research unrelated to recent climate change.
6)34 abstracts reject or doubt the view that human activities are the main drivers of the "the observed warming over the last 50 years".
7)44 abstracts focus on natural factors of global climate change.
8)470 (or 42%) abstracts include the keywords "global climate change" but do not include any direct or indirect link or reference to human activities, CO2 or greenhouse gas emissions, let alone anthropogenic forcing of recent climate change.

Gore's claim of universal consensus amongst the scientific community is just one of the many falsehoods that he's been spreading since he started his movie dog-and-pony show. There's plenty of dissent, but as soon as the dissenter's speak up, they're labeled "crack-pots" or "Oil company mouthpieces", like Professor Richard Lindzen has been. I love how the foaming-at-the-mouth enviro-zealots imagine they somehow know more about this incredibly complex issue than accredited atmospheric physicists do.
